Join us for this hands-on masterclass in perfecting the sweet treats for a fresh-flavoured afternoon tea to welcome the warmer seasons. You’ll learn a range of skills and techniques to impress your guests.

You’ll be welcomed to the kitchen with hot drinks and a breakfast snack while we chat about the plan of action. Then you’ll roll up your sleeves and get to work.

Skill level required

A decent knowledge of home baking is required. Absolute beginners will find this class difficult.
