Join us for this hands-on masterclass in perfecting choux pastry. You’ll learn a range of techniques for perfecting choux buns, Paris Brest and all the delicious fillings and finishes.

You’ll be welcomed to the kitchen with hot drinks and a breakfast snack while we chat about the plan of action. Then you’ll roll up your sleeves and get to work.

Skill level required

Absolute beginners will struggle on this class. A decent knowledge of home baking will benefit the student.

10am - 4pm (approx.)
